Rosaline S. Ayoub, affectionately known as Rose, serves as the Principal and Founding Partner of Ayoub Law, APC.
With a legal career spanning over sixteen years, Rose has established a reputation of meticulously guiding cases from inception to resolution through mediation, arbitration, and trial. Her legal career has been dedicated to adeptly advocating for individuals and corporations in a diverse array of areas, always prioritizing efficient and cost-effective solutions to secure optimal results for her clients.
Rose’s practice revolves around complex commercial litigation, including premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, and construction defect cases, along with an array of business-related disputes, including those related to business and consumer credit facilities and financial services. Additionally, she has represented commercial property owners in unlawful detainer and breach of contract actions.
Rose is known for her unwavering work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to her clients and team.
Rose is a licensed attorney with the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Central, Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of California, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. She has received the distinction as a Certified Litigation Management Professional, earned through the rigorous certification process from the esteemed Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.
When not diligently serving her clients, Rose enjoys cherished moments with her husband, Mark Ayoub, and their loved ones, often gathered around a beautifully set table, savoring the joy of togetherness and meaningful conversations.
Sally Hosn is a Partner at Ayoub Law, APC.
Sally has focused her career on representing a wide array of individuals and companies in state and federal court in various practice areas. Over the years, Sally has become a seasoned litigator, having tried cases across California and has gained a reputation for her advocacy and professionalism.
Sally defends and oversees all aspects of litigation, including business and commercial disputes, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, landlord tenant disputes, products liability, and toxic torts. Her litigation practice includes defending commercial landlords, manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in personal injury and business litigation.
Sally received her B.A. in Political Science and Economics from the University of California, Irvine where she received the Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarship and was on the Dean’s List. She attended Southwestern Law School’s two year accelerated J.D. program. While in law school, Sally received the Wildman Scholarship and the Public Service Program Award. She also clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in the Organized Crime Unit.
Sally is a licensed attorney with the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice before all state and appellate courts in California. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Central District, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
When not practicing law, Sally enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling, and the occasional episode of any Bravo show.
Alyssa is an Associate Attorney at Ayoub Law, APC.
Alyssa obtained her Associate of Arts degree in Paralegal Studies before attending Trinity Law School in Santa Ana, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2020. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 2021. Alyssa joined Ayoub Law, APC in March 2025.
Alyssa began her career in workers’ compensation in 2012 as a hearing representative. Over the years, she has worked with third-party administrators and insurance carriers to manage claims of varying complexity, defend and negotiate liens, and focus on mitigating costs. She collaborated closely with attorneys and clients on litigation strategy and management.
Alyssa has represented a wide range of clients from the County of Orange to captive accounts and self-insured clients. After handling nearly every aspect of claims, she began practicing law in 2021 as an Associate Attorney at a prominent workers’ compensation defense firm, handling a variety of matters ranging from liens to complex case-in-chief litigation. With more than a decade of experience in the field, Alyssa draws on her extensive background to provide strategic and informed legal representation in workers’ compensation matters.
When not practicing law, Alyssa enjoys spending time outdoors, creating lasting memories with her husband, two children, and their puppy.
Silvia is a Legal Assistant at Ayoub Law, APC.
Silvia’s legal journey commenced in 1998 and since then she has gained extensive experience working at distinguished insurance defense and workers’ compensation defense law firms.
Silvia is an integral part of the team at Ayoub Law, APC, providing proficiency, efficiency, and enthusiasm to support the firm's legal endeavors. Her attention to detail and thorough understanding of legal procedures have consistently contributed to the smooth execution of legal operations, further enhancing the firm's ability to serve its diverse clientele. Silvia is nothing short of a dedicated doer.
When not working hard at Ayoub Law, APC, Silvia enjoys yoga, travelling, and quality time with her husband, two daughters, and dog.
